Questions people ask first

What address will my store have?
Your store gets its own subdomain as soon as you create it — the name you choose, under the Rqame domain. If your plan includes custom domains, you can connect a domain you already own afterwards.
How do my customers pay?
Cash on delivery and payments you record yourself work today. Online card payment is not activated yet; when it is, it will appear in your payment settings. Rqame never records a payment as collected unless it actually was.
Can I sell in Arabic?
Yes. Both the administration and the storefront work in Arabic and in English, right-to-left and left-to-right. You choose the language of your administration, and the language of your storefront, separately.
Is my data separate from other stores?
Yes. Every record belongs to exactly one store, and the platform refuses a request it cannot attribute to a store rather than guessing. No merchant can read another merchant’s data.
